We live in the age of technologies of smart phones and super
fast computers. The usage of public roads in our cities is still a nightmare
for us. People are becoming very lethargic and narrow minded when coming to
roads despite possessing adequate education and commonsense to avoid overruling
traffic rules. The negligence offered by an individual badly affects people in
the follow up. For example nowadays halting in the traffic signals is becoming
highly impatient. People are in a hurry to reach their offices and homes in the
morning and evening but easily foregoing the basic ethics of rules and
regulations.
The following
deviations are seen almost daily in all the cities and town traffic:
1.
Reduced usage of hand signals and indicators.
2.
Taking their Lanes properly based on their
speeds.
4.
Usage of
Mobile phones while driving two/four wheelers.
5.
Stopping the vehicle crossing the stop-lines in
signals.
6.
Without being aware of fuel levels of their own
vehicles.
- - Drunken driving/usage of drugs while driving
7.
Forgotten the basic purpose of vehicles.

We are using the vehicles in order to make our life easy. They save them a lot of time when compared to 1980s where the usage of public transport is the only means of transport. Nowadays such Public transport is not much used. In case of our capital city, Delhi to reduce the air pollution (to reduce emission) odd-even rule was made a trial and gave good results to the Government. Apart from being caught in accidents due to our negligence and creating a warmer planet everyday what else we are going to do to the Planet Earth? We must have a very important point in our minds every now and then:
“We should leave the planet atleast as it was when we
actually started using to our next generations”.
Being more
eco-friendly and obeying traffic rules will help everyone to have a great way
of living as we humans to use the 6th sense very effectively. It is
not the intellect that actually helps while driving but the patience and
self-controlled pace within the carved road regulations make life highly
efficient.
