CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES DA FROM JULY 2013 – ESTIMATION BASED ON ALL iNDIA CONSUMER PRICE INDEX AICPI-IW UP TO MAY 2013 - DA FOR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES FROM JULY 2013 WILL BE estimated to 90%

AICPI-IW for the month of May 2013 has been released by Ministry of  Labour recently  This index gains significance as AICPI-IW from July-2012 to June-2013 will be required to calculate Central Government Employees DA from July 2013.

Based on the  AICPI-IW points raise upto May 2013, we presume that DA for Central Government Employees from July 2013 will be 90% only.

Please note that actual increase of DA from July 2013 will be known only after the formal announcement of the same by Government in the month of October 2013.
